A leading operational improvement consulting specialist has joined Aerospace Wales, strengthening their membership with the addition of a member with the ability to drive growth and operational excellence across Wales’ thriving aerospace sector.
Develop Consulting brings Toyota-trained Lean manufacturing expertise and proven MRO transformation capabilities to Wales’ aerospace and defence community, which employs over 23,000 people and plays a vital role in the Welsh economy.

The new membership was announced at a meeting between Develop Consulting’s CEO Steve Boam and Aviation and Manufacturing Director Steve Clark with John Whalley FRAeS, CEO of Aerospace Wales, at MRO Europe Show in London.
