A new management consultant has been welcomed to the Develop Consulting team within just a few months of two other appointments.
The company, which recently announced one of its biggest recruitment drives to date with the search for 20 consultants, has today announced they have welcomed Chanbir Kaur Kalyan to their healthcare team.
Prior to joining Develop Consulting, Chanbir has vast experience within the healthcare sector, having a clinical background in Radiotherapy and Oncology, working both within the NHS and private settings and using her skills as a continuous improvement specialist.
Chanbir said: “I am very pleased to have the opportunity to transfer my experience and knowledge to support Develop Consulting’s healthcare team and NHS England with process improvement across the UK.
“In combination to this, I am looking to achieve successful outcomes with the teams involved, by positively transforming healthcare services to enhance patient experience, embed a culture of continuous improvement with high performing teams, whilst ensuring we maintain positive staff engagement.”
She added she was looking forward to the role and making a positive difference to patients and healthcare teams across the country she would be working with.

Earlier this year, Develop Consulting welcomed two new consultants, Gary Wick and Simon Orton to the construction and manufacturing team.
