Develop Consulting are pleased to announce the continued expansion of the team with the appointment of new management consultant Gary Wick.
Gary, who joined Develop Consulting this month (August) will be working within the manufacturing and construction sectors and be leading on projects with a number of clients within the UK.
Prior to joining Develop Consulting, Gary has worked for the past 25 years in logistics and internal transformation. For the past seven-and-a-half years of that, he has been a consultant working within pharmaceutical, utilities, healthcare, warehouse logistics and manufacturing for Unipart Expert Practices.
Gary said: “I’m delighted to be joining a company with so many high-profile clients and with such an accomplished track record. What attracted me to the role was that Develop Consulting are very much hands on in all they do and it’s not just about writing reports.
“It’s all about engaging with the client and with those working within that system that you are working to streamline and change for the better. The value is about working alongside them and ‘on the shop floor’ to get the job done and that is very much the system that I believe in,” he added.
Manufacturing and Infrastructure Director Steve Clark said Gary would be a welcome addition to the team.

The search to fulfil this additional position has taken some time as we have been looking for someone with the right level of experience and expertise, and even more importantly will complement the team dynamics,” he said.
Steve himself joined in the team in January 2020 and will be directly managing Gary.
