The expert healthcare panel who will be tackling the practical challenges of NHS 10-year plan implementation has been confirmed for next week’s free webinar “The Ten Year Plan – Implementing Change While Protecting Patient Outcomes”.
Leading the discussion on Wednesday 30th July at 1pm will be:
Dr Natasha Behl, Executive Partner for Solihull Healthcare Partnership and Clinical Lead, will bring frontline experience of how primary care partnerships are adapting to increased responsibility and neighbourhood working challenges.
Nick Downham, Independent Health and Social Care Improvement Specialist and Director, joins the panel with extensive expertise on what works – and what doesn’t – in healthcare transformation projects across the NHS.
Steve Boam, CEO of Develop Consulting, will share insights from supporting thousands of improvement projects across more than 40 ICBs, focusing on proven methodologies for successful healthcare change.
Darren Jones, Strategic Advisor for the NHS, will chair the session, ensuring practical focus on the realities facing healthcare leaders implementing the government’s transformation agenda.
The expert panel will tackle key questions that healthcare leaders are grappling with following the plan’s publication, including what are the priority areas where healthcare leaders need to focus their implementation efforts, how organisations can protect patient outcomes during periods of major change, where the biggest implementation challenges are likely to emerge, what successful integration and neighbourhood working looks like in practice, and how healthcare leaders should balance digital transformation demands with maintaining quality patient care.
Attendees will be able to put their own questions directly to the expert panel during a live Q&A session. Whether facing specific implementation challenges or needing clarity on particular aspects of the 10-year plan, participants can get real-time advice from the panel.
The webinar takes place on Wednesday 30th July, 1-2pm as a free live online session. For more details, visit this link.
All registrants will receive access to the recording. The session is targeted at practice managers, PCN leads, ICB executives, and anyone responsible for implementing neighbourhood working under the Ten Year Plan.
