From depot improvement and fleet modification programmes to supporting major strategic transitions, our team has built up deep experience of the operational challenges that rail organisations face every day. Joining the Rail Forum felt like the natural next step.
The UK rail industry is at a genuinely exciting point. The transition to Great British Railways is creating both uncertainty and opportunity in equal measure – and our view is that the organisations who use this period wisely, who get their operations in order, standardise their processes and build the right capability in their people, will be the ones best placed when the landscape settles.
That is exactly the kind of thinking the Rail Forum exists to support. It brings together operators, manufacturers, suppliers and specialists from across the sector to share knowledge, build relationships and contribute to the future direction of rail in the UK. We wanted to be part of those conversations.
Our work in rail spans rolling stock manufacturers and maintenance depots through to component suppliers and train operating companies. We bring Toyota-trained Lean methodology and a genuine cross-sector perspective – drawing on decades of experience in manufacturing, aviation, maritime and construction to help rail organisations find better ways of working. We do not just produce reports. Our consultants work directly alongside your teams, on the floor and in the depot, to implement change that sticks.
